Privacy at Morteller
Your numbers are for your estimate, not a personal profile.
Morteller is designed to work without an account, signup or contact information. We process the details needed to create an estimate, but we do not save those calculator amounts as a personal profile or calculation history.

What we do not collect
- No Morteller account, username or password
- No name, phone number or contact details to use a calculator
- No credit report, credit check or banking credentials
- No saved personal calculator history or financial profile
How calculator information is handled
Values such as home price, down payment, city, income, debts and additional costs are sent securely to Morteller's server only to calculate the requested estimate. Morteller does not write those values, calculation-completion events, visitor location or device details to its application database.
The current calculation and draft may be kept temporarily in the browser tab so the results experience continues to work when you navigate between Morteller's calculators or refresh the page. This browser session information normally clears when the tab or browser session ends, and it can also be cleared by starting over.
Traffic analytics and improvement
Morteller uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, which calculators and features are useful, and how the site performs across devices. We use this information only to monitor and improve Morteller.
Google Analytics may process page and feature activity, general device information, approximate location and session statistics under Google's privacy practices. Morteller does not send exact home prices, down payments, income, debts, selected cities or free-form cost descriptions in its custom analytics events.
Trusted hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and monitor the website under their own privacy practices. Morteller does not sell or rent calculator or traffic information.
The optional feedback form is provided through Google Forms. If you open it, Google may process the information you choose to submit under its own privacy practices.
